Fantastic helpful team. We bought 2 e-bikes because of the time, specialised knowledge and support Alex, Lowry and their colleagues gave us. Great to have a shop not in a built up area. Would highly recommend anyone using them.
Really top class service from the staff and even though I ended up taking two bikes back because they just didn’t work for me,Laurie and Alex were exceptional in the amount of work they did to try and find me a bike. I recommended the shop to several friends and was surprised and disappointed to find out that the shop was closing. Thank you very much for your understanding and I hope everything works out for you.
