My poor Dad was placed here for short respite for a period of 2 weeks , Day 9 he was taken via ambulance to whiston with sudden onset of breathing difficulties. The staff had sent my dad with no dentures , hearing aids , glasses , medications , inhalers all of which they had an hour to collect . Don't allow your loved ones to be sent to this place ,my mother deteriorated while there.since moving from there,she has improved immensely,they drug them if they become agitated, instead of being professional.one particular carer ( no names) should be assessed and retrained.

My mum has just been taken into tree tops the staff are brilliant with her very patient and caring I hope she can stay there as seems a lot happier than living on her own weel done to all the staff

Well was can I say… our Nan was @ Treetops for about 2 years, it was her home, she was so loved and so cared for and we cannot Thank all the lovely ladies enough for looking after her. When her finally days came, the staff were absolutely brilliant, with me and with Nan, they kept us updated when I couldn’t be there and made us feel comforted that when we couldn’t get there to see her she had someone with her even in her final hours. We are so grateful. Thank you.

My mum is in Tree Tops for the 3rd time for a short respite period. I had reservations about mum going into care the first time, it was a very hard and upsetting decision to have to make but necessary. I found the staff to be informative and professional, keeping me up to date with mums care throughout her stay and were lovely with her. More importantly my mum was very happy and there was no hesitation from her when we needed the help of residential care again and so we had no worries about returning to Tree Tops which speak... read more
