Not very nice place some of the female staff came across as very abrupt and rude and unprofessional and the residents where scared and very browbeaten I didn't feel comfortable at all view with out warning and more than once before you consider sentencing a friend or relative to this establishment and what the outcome my be .
This home had been inspected by the CQC and rated Good three weeks before we chose it for my aunt. Six days after moving in she had a fall, but I was not told as the home 'did not consider it significant.' Three days later she fell again and sustained a broken hip, an injury she never recovered from, dying 6 weeks later. I was totally disatisfied with the standard of care she had been given and the company's responses. I took my concerns to the Ombudsman.
