I’ve gotten tires a few times in the past. Got in and out pretty quickly. This last visit though the team exhibited great communication skills and kept me aware of what all needed to be done for my vehicle and what they were doing about it. A process that could’ve taken several days only took 24 hours.
I had the worst experience here.They over charged me on labor and charged me for things I didn’t ask for. I called another Treadquarters and the labor was half.And Don has no customer service.When I questioned the price and labor.He was very rude.
I got charged for things they didn't do. I will never go back.
Great job re service and turn around time. Both my daughter and I brought our cars a day or two apart for inspection and tire rotations. On each occasion , we were called for pickup earlier than anticipated.

they suck they let my wife leave there with a belt that wasn't turning cuz of the air conditioner compressor pulley she's a school teacher and kids in the van and let her drive off with no power steering no water pump overheating is been driven to my since I left there parking lot and I'm putting them on blast cuz they charge $65 and wouldn't give me a refund to tell her that she needed another belt and a compressor pulley what the f*** who does that in America $65 dude $65 65 dollars I'm going to be relentless

I called there one morning to see when they could get my truck in and was told to bring it right over! I waited a bit and then they told me what was wrong. It was gonna be a job but they would start rt now. I agreed and by 4 pm it was done. Now it drives great! Thx guys and thx again to the gentleman who got my keys for me! It was the red ranger. He'll know who he is! Lol

I had a horrible experience with my struts being replaced three times and never being compensated with a rental. On top of after they warrantied the work for a third time I was suppose to have a phone call from the regional manager that was promised by Dan and it’s been two weeks. Liars!!!
Do NOT bring your car here! Took our car here to get an opinion and not only did we get an EXCESSIVELY expensive estimate for something our car doesn’t even need, but our car wouldn’t start upon pickup (our issue had nothing to do with the battery) AND a window was left rolled down out in the rain since it was dropped off yesterday!
