This was my first visit to this facility. My appointment was at 10:30 AM and I arrived at 9:50 AM. Granted I was a new patient and had to complete my paperwork and have a fiIe created for a new patient. But the length of time to verify my insurance and demanding that I give my full Social Security Number shouldn't take so long. She threatened that if I don't give my full SSN I would be paying out of pocket. I told her no I would not because I have 2 great insurances.
