I booked a car through them 794186799, 50 days passed and they did not return the deposit, support asked for a bunch of documents, sent them everything, where it is clear that the payments were made, technical support replies once every 3 days and closes the request, never order a car through this intermediary, only to straight up, downright horror!!!
Vitarent charged us 950€ for a small bump and TravelJigsaw returned the money within one week! Was reading all the bad reviews and thought we would not see this money. Recommend 100%
