I had a great experience with this money exchange in Travelex Terminal 2 , The gentleman (Sunny) who assisted me was very helpful and polite, and provided excellent customer service. These people ripped me off on the exchange rate!!!!! I'm pissed. The exchange rate that day was 0.75 usd to gbp. I handed them $400 and got £225.55 back. That's a $70 rip off!!! I only noticed when I returned to the states a few days later, not having spent any of the cash, and got an offer of $270 back. Yes the exchange rate is terrible here too, but at least I noticed before lighting my money on fire again. I thought for sure something had shifted in the market to make it change that much. Nope. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. THE RATE AT WHICH I WAS GIVEN EGYPTIAN CURRENCY TO THE GBP WAS PATHETIC. YOU GAVE ME SUCH A POOR RATE THAT ON REACHING EGYPT I FOUND THAT YOU GAVE ME OR DEPRIVED ME OF NEARLY HALF OF WHAT IS TO BE GIVEN ON THAT DAY. I AM PLANNING TO ASK THE CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU.
