was referred here in 2020/2021 after a trip to a&e due to mental health. i told the “mental health professional” i think i have adhd and autism and she laughed and complexity dismissed me and replied “if you had adhd you wouldn’t be able to sit on that chair” i felt humiliated and was given a booklet/course on emotional disregulation - she didn’t even hear me out or anything - that genuinely did tones more harm than good. completely unprofessional and dismissive - now that i’m receiving actually support i can see how bad thi... read more
The service that a family member received from here was absolutely abysmal. The staff are completely unprofessional, checking their watch as if they’ve better places to be, rather than actually offering any help to someone who is so desperately asking for help. The staff urgently need to be retrained or replaced with competent professionals who actually care about the well being of their patients.
This place is awful, sending people away not well.They do not care for mental health patients it's just a wage to them.
Why is there always a queue when I ring. Not good enough!!!!!
