I contacted Marina through advice from a friend. I had a severe fear of flying which I coukd not get over. Marina took me through two sessions and explained where the fear coukd have arisen from. I would have had nightmares for weeks before getting on a plane and would not be able to talk to anyone while on a flight. I have recently had silent counselling sessions with Marina having had a very difficult time with my mental health and managing ptsd. I’d never heard of silent counselling before and I find it very hard to fully open up so this was perfect for me. Marina is an extremely special, gifted woman who is always so warm and welcoming, her office is a safe space. After just 3 sessions I have noticed a major difference in myself and how I handle life’s challenges.
I have recently finished my sessions with Marina and all I can say is if your thinking about doing her silent counselling then DO IT!! I honestly think she’s the world kindest and most caring soul. I can’t explain the sheer joy and excitement that you share when you reach your light bulb moments in these sessions. I will always HIGHLY recommend Marina to anyone who will listen to me!!
