I was wary about TM. It seemed a little secretive and hidden. Having gone through the process now, I'm so sad Ive waited so long. Nigel is a wonderful teacher. Settling into the process with a clear understanding has been lovely and easy under his care and guidance. I look forward to this as a lifelong practice that adds contentment and good health (and so much more) to all my days.
I recently completed the beginner Transcendental Meditation course and would highly recommend it. I’ve tried various types of meditation over the years, but TM allows me to go deeper than anything else I’ve experienced. The rigour of the teaching, and the understanding I gained through the process, really helped me connect with the practice, and I’m already noticing the benefits. I came to meditation feeling low on energy, and now I’m able to recharge more effectively and feel far more focused afterwards.
Nigel is a truly exceptional TM teacher. Learning this practice has been a life dream, and he made the experience feel like a cosmic journey. Beautifully taught, deeply felt. The way he holds a room and delivers such a powerful practice is something special. Such a beautiful human and soul. Thank you, Nigel.
