Purchased a t-shirt, was told that if I sign up for their "free" membership program that I'd save a few bucks so I signed up. Turns out that the "free" part was a trial that they didn't tell me about. Ended up billing my card that I never agreed to let them charge.

WHAT A SCAM! BOUGHT SOMETHING IN NOVEMBER OF 2017 AND SIGNED UP IN STORE FOR THE "FREE" VIP BACKSTAGE AND THEY ARE VERY SLY ABOUT TELLING YOU TO CANCEL IT LATER. I RECEIVED A WELCOME E-MAIL SAYING TO CLICK TO ACTIVATE ACCOUNT. I NEVER ACTIVATED THE ACCOUNT AND I HAVE BEEN CHARGED $11.99/MO SINCE DECEMBER 2017. Went in at Christmas time 2017 bought some Christmas presents and was asked to sign up for the backstage VIP program. Saves money and is free to try 11.99 after the free trial and can cancel any time with a simple call. Went with it, forgot about it then went last week and they tried to sign me up again. Highly DO NOT recommend their online store. I ordered items that were labeled as "in stock" only to find out after 2 weeks they were on back-order. There was no note on the items stating this. I wanted to cancel since they could give me no ETA on when the items would be ready but I could not. Hands down FYE offers the worst customer service I have ever received from an online retailer. No Customer Service phone number. I ordered an item on on September 4, the same day the item was in stock, it has been 6 days now and the item still has not been shipped, and when I tried cancelleing it, the response was: Thanks for reaching back out. This company has the most unprofessional customer service ever. No phone number to contact customer service directly and I'm only informed of a problem after I personally had to reach out through social media, after they claim my order was completed and shipped. They've had my money since 8/8/18 and just now inform me of an error on their end and tell me I should reorder the item; yet I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my original money back (making it a total of 20-23 days they've held my money). I ordered an item online that was "in stock." A few days later I received an email indicating my order was delayed and will arrive in 2-3 days. I reached out to customer service about one week later as no item was received. Customer service shifted blame and said I "pre-ordered" the item that was subject to delivery change when I did not. This is about the FYE.com business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They always have promos online, so they have the best prices on the internet. However, they make so many mistakes on orders that it's not worth it. I've made about 10 orders with this company. I've received exactly 1 order that was mistake free. They shrink wrap cds/dvds that look like they have been used as coasters and sell them as new. They mislabel movies and will send you the completely wrong item.
