Charged fee for backstage pass, called to cancel 4 days after being charged. Paid for entire month of perks and was told the perks would discontinue the day I cancel. Was told I was out of luck and paid the full perks amount but no refund d available. Richard was interrupting every sentence I attempted to say and then told me my attitude was uncalled for when I was quite calm just trying to understand.

They have trained the cashiers to ask teens if they want to sign up for their rewards program. Before they can reply they ask for their email. Once they pay they then tell them they will charged a monthly fee for this rewards program. My kids are now receiving magazines and their bank accounts are being charged even after canceling the "Rewards Program"

Each time I go to shop there, the person working the register is persistent about signing up for the paid membership. I had this twice and each one I canceled due to not using the 'benefits' since I shop there once or twice a year. When I canceled my first membership, the woman was kind enough to cancel and refund me on the spot in 21'. Now when I called to cancel in 22', my first call led to asking why I want to suspend this (don't shop there frequently - travel) then the rep proceeded to leave me active. I went into FYE store in Indianapolis, IN while in the mall and I picked up some of the ***** ****, but when I was checking out I was told "did I want to save 10 % by signing up for their loyalty card," and I said sure of course, but to my surprise later after reading over my receipt this is a paid membership. I thought if there is a charge, you were to be informed prior to being signed up. Receive a wonder woman smart watch for Christmas knowing the one61 app to make the watch work does not exist anymore so the watch is useless I called and emailed FYE to get my money back, but they do not respond

Horrible, will never order from FYE.com ever again! I ordered ****** ******* ******2 Part 2 DVD collectors edition like it shows on their website for $68. When I received the item a few days ago it was for the plain DVD which is priced at $48. I was not happy. I ordered 1 single item and did not receive what I ordered. I could call not them because they do not list a telephone number, I had to send an email. Also a victim of the VIP scam. Except, there are no stores near me to shop and I randomly started getting charges 3 months ago without having signed up. From other complaints it seems they might have pulled my credit info from an old purchase. The customer service rep tries to hard sell you on providing proof of payments in exchange for a $120 check and a $20 giftcard and I'm like, I'm pretty sure these monthly charges are fraudulent and I want this cancelled immediately. I do not want to wait 30 days.

A FYE store rep told me VIP membership was free. Well after I signed up and read the fine print, I found out membership fees are monthly. I canceled right away but a few days ago to my surprise, I saw a zero pending transaction in my bank account for a magazine subscription!! They are trying every way to get your money with false advertising and training their employees to lie! Just horrible! We were also victims of their 11.99/month VIP program. They did not inform us it costs money to sign up and canceling is extremely difficult. They should make it clear that the program costs money and provide a faster way to cancel.
