My wife had made a purchase at this store back in May 2016 for our sons friend. At the time of checkout she was asked if she wished to join the backstage pass program. She had advised the checkout person that she was not interested and declined. After recently performing a review of our credit cards, we have been charged $11.99 each month since June 2016. On 1-2-17 I returned a CD that skipped. I was given a credit to my **** ****, which is a debit card. As of 1-23-17 I have not received this refund. I called three times and was given three different excuses. I was told on Friday 1-21-17 that a refund had been authorized and that I needed to be patient......

I went to shop at FYE during the weekend before Christmas on Sunday, 12/18/16. At the checkout line, the cashier asked in her exact words, "Would you like to save $11 dollars today by taking a brief SURVEY?" I said yes, where she proceeded to ask me to circle 4 magazines. After I did this she proceeded to tell me she had already signed me up for these magazines through a company called ***************** and I would need to cancel the next day within 14 business days or I would be charged for the magazines.
