This company is TERRIBLE!!! I placed an order on February 8, 2021--it is now MARCH 12, 2021. I do not have the item I paid for; I do not have a refund or a replacement for the item! The only contact they give customers is an email, which they answer in a few days OR NOT AT ALL. I called their VIP number (and conveniently they could NOT assist me). HORRIBLE to deal with. Incredibly inept and slow customer service, if you can call it that. I have been struggling to resolve an issue with an order in which they packaged it poorly resulting in damage to the items, they never sent one of the items even tho they claim they did, and they sent a defective item. They don’t respond for days at a time. They don’t have a phone number where you can actually speak to a person to resolve an issue in real time. They are a nightmare. Stay away!
Horrible. Bought a $100+ item and I kept waiting for it to ship. I finally sent an email about 5 days in to check the status. I never heard a response. Then I decided to try to give a call after 11 days no response. I kept getting pushed around to 3 different phone numbers and the last phone number I called seemed like a complete scam because they were requiring me to tell them if my age is 50+ or -. I purchased a couple of sweatshirts last Christmas at F.Y.E. FYE*BSP VIP never told me they were charging my credit card monthly for a VIP enrollment to get 10% off. Only said "FREE" VIP BACKSTAGE. I never set up any account with them. Come to find out they have been charging my credit card 11.99 a month for a year of unauthorized charges for no services. FYE has the worst policy known to man with regard to a rewards program. I signed up to be nice as I never shop there and find I am automatically billed by FYE for 11.99/month for their rewards program. Obviously, there is an issue, there is a lack of transparency as to billing practices, and this is highly unethical. I did not activate my rewards membership and never believed I would have payments taken from my checking account based on a single transaction in the store to pick up stocking stuffers. On 01/21/2020, my wife bought some merchandise at FYE in Paducah, KY and paid with our debit card. The employee that took her payment signed her up for the FYE Backstage Pass membership, WITHOUT EXPLAINING THAT THIS WAS A PAID MEMBERSHIP. After the 30 free trial, FYE began automatically charging our debit card $11.99 each month. It was 4 months before we caught on to these charges. Billed over $100 in 4 months from some stupid crap they ask you to sign up for to save $5. Not happy at all. This is now more than the cost of the item i was saving money on. Never will do business again.
This review is for the online store. Very shady return policy and disclaimers. Tell you not to take the return to physical store. Make you wait weeks after sending item back then they insist they can't find it and need your tracking number which of course you can't find after so much time. Just their backwards way of keeping your money and getting away with it. I will never buy from fye website again. Watch your money with this company!!!!
The customer service is none existent. I looked online and no way to submit a complaint either online or by phone. I have shopped there for years at the 40 Hwy in Independence Missouri location and as of today I won’t be going back. One customer walked out while I was their and another woman was complaining loudly but had to stay to pickup a movie she already paid for. The young little girl manager is a real ***** and very incompetent. I’m done. Obviously the company itself doesn’t take complaints and doesn’t care.
