The FYE backstage pass is a scam. Made a purchase from FYE and the sales associate asked if I wanted to sign up for the rewards program and stated I had a certain time to register online afterward if I wanted to be charged for the program. I only gave my email and never registered online. Two months later I found that they were charging me $11.99 for the subscription without ever notifying me and must have used the credit card information from my last purchase. F.Y.E. VIP program is a farce. Canceled last year and noticed still deducting from our account so when I call them (the ONLY way to cancel), they say we did not cancel even though I have the cancellation number! So, then he starts telling me I have all this money they can send to me. I then say, OK, if I'm entitled to this money, send it to me and cancel my subscription. No can do. They signed us up for their backstage pass vip membership (1.5 years ago, 6 months free, then 11.99 per month) without informing us. The end result is that we had to call and complain to get a refund of that amount. Their call center people were very polite and easy to work with. They were nice and said they would refund it (we'll see). However, the policy of taking money from my account without my knowledge is wrong and I will never do business with them again.

I never signed up to pay $11.99 a month for a service I never even used. One of my kids must have bought something at FYE and apparently they've been charging my credit card for years! I finally called and they agreed to cancel the service and reimburse me for a year, but I've been paying them for 3 1/2 years and I never signed anything saying I agreed to pay a monthly fee.

I'm very unhappy with this company I paid for something and tryed to contact them and did not they will not send the item or give me back my money the money I paid for the item I tried calling emails I will not be go through them again

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Went to the store in Volusia Mall where I was treated with discrimination, racism and called a ******* ***** by an employee named Melissa. I am a retired teacher with a PhD and have never been treated with such disrespect as today. I also had my 10 year old biracial daughter with me as well as her father who is black and I am sad to say my daughter got her first experience with true racism when Melissa made said about her father he needs to take his ghetto *** back to the hood. This company is TERRIBLE!!! I placed an order on February 8, 2021--it is now MARCH 12, 2021. I do not have the item I paid for; I do not have a refund or a replacement for the item! The only contact they give customers is an email, which they answer in a few days OR NOT AT ALL. I called their VIP number (and conveniently they could NOT assist me). The rep gave me an 800# where NO one answered, I left a voicemail with all my contact info, order #, order date etc and TWO weeks late no call back yet! I re-emailed them asking fo... read more

HORRIBLE to deal with. Incredibly inept and slow customer service, if you can call it that. I have been struggling to resolve an issue with an order in which they packaged it poorly resulting in damage to the items, they never sent one of the items even tho they claim they did, and they sent a defective item. They don’t respond for days at a time. They don’t have a phone number where you can actually speak to a person to resolve an issue in real time. They are a nightmare. Stay away!

Horrible. Bought a $100+ item and I kept waiting for it to ship. I finally sent an email about 5 days in to check the status. I never heard a response. Then I decided to try to give a call after 11 days no response. I kept getting pushed around to 3 different phone numbers and the last phone number I called seemed like a complete scam because they were requiring me to tell them if my age is 50+ or -.
