I was also scammed by FYE. I would never have agreed to pay 11.99 per MONTH for a "membership" to save 10% at a store I've been to once and will NEVER go to again. This is horrible. Stay away!

Have only bought one item from this store. Was signed up for a monthly membership without my consent for $11.99. They used the card I purchased the product with to sign me up. After a few months I noticed it on my bank statement. When I tried to cancel it turned out I didn't have an account in their system so was unable to cancel and stop the charges. I ended up contacting my bank and had to cancel and reverse the charges that way. Anything you find online about this company is solely stories like this. They have already had... read more

I purchased some Christmas presents from them last year. I was offered at the register to sign up for their loyalty card & I would get a discount off my current purchase. I agreed to save some money. Fast forward to today the end of February 2024. I noticed some charges for $11.99 on my card that were recurring. I took me a little while to figure it out but this company has been charging for their loyalty card. I never once was made aware I would be charged for their loyalty card. I am disgusted in their business practice & ... read more

I was scammed at their store and told their membership at the ****** **** in Ohio was free. When I went to speak to the manager he gave me a blank stare and did not have an explanation as to why their associate lied to me about a monthly fee. Unethical company.

Just another person scammed by this company into their stupid monthly membership. Was also lied to, told it was a free newsletter, only to discover I had signed up for a monthly automatic charge. I even pointed that out to the cashier and said "I don't want this, I don't want to be charged", only for him to tell me I wouldn't be charged unless I downloaded the app and activated my membership. Turns out he's the one that activated it when he rung me up. It's one thing to hide information from customers (which is still horribl... read more

I went to the store to buy a present for my spouse. The cashier pretty much tookmy card and signed me up for the membership. I verbally told her no three times. I went to cancel online. The website did not allow me. I called the number, they told me it would cost 7.00 to cancel, i said no i will not pay them for something i did not authorize. They cancelled it, but gave my card number to different magazine companies that are taking money from my account. I had to cancel my card, and live over an hour from any branch. This co... read more

The person in the store highlighted all the benefits without telling me I would have to pay for the membership. When I called to cancel the representative told me they were just going to lower the bill by half per month for 6 months. I had to demand they cancel it. It felt very deceptive and frustrating especially being told I should just keep it and enjoy the benefits.

To Cancel online: Visit FYEVIP.com, create an account using your membership number (on the cards they should give you), go to profile, membership, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and find "END MEMBERSHIP". Class action lawsuit should be headed their way for scamming customers and stealing money. Like many, I was asked for email to sign up for a "rewards program that will save me 10% on the spot" and I will rack up points to use for discounts later. Turns out, it is a monthly charge that was never disclosed and was automa... read more

It seems that a class action lawsuit needs to happen. My 16 year old signed up for the backstage pass- how that was even allowed since he has no ID. Trying to cancel the pass and we just canceled the “free” magazines.
