The first time I went I left before the lady finished they were so terrible. The owner contacted me and made it right and offered me a full set for free. I took him up on it and I loved them, BUT I again had a nail break the day after and since then ALL my nails have cracked in the same exact place. I’ve been getting long nails for 6 years now and I’ve never had this happen especially in the same place on every single nail. Business response:
Ashley, the standard interval for refills is every two weeks. Longer than two weeks, distress of the acrylic should be expected, especially as the nails approaches one month. We're sorry for not being able to meet your expectations and hope that you will find a manicurist that can do so.
