Really disappointed 😞 Not tranquil at all. A shocking experience for my daughter and her fellow students and parents. Would never use again.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! Many serious issues from day 1, ranging from mouldy appliances and rooms, daily flooding, and a blocked kitchen sink unable to drain, among many others. Most of these issues went unresolved for over 7 months as they were repeatedly ignored by the leadership who lack any sort of accountability, despite persistent reporting with a multitude of evidence. From personal experience, staying at a Tranquility Homes property will be detrimental to your health and wellbeing.
