The atmosphere and lighting is great if you’re getting a massage to relax but for a wax, the room lighting should really be adjusted for a better view. Went for a face wax and when asked to check in a mirror if I was happy, I couldn’t see anything due to the lighting so not sure how the people waxing can see how good a job they are doing. Went to have my nails sorted as they had been ruined by a nail bar who had filed them way too thin. Had a really lovely lady do them for me, unfortunately didn't take her name, but she was so friendly and asked exactly every detail of what I wanted. The hand massage was relaxing and my skin looks way better than it did. The manicure was first class, and I'm very happy with my shiny Christmassy nails. Thank you!
Staff absolutely lovely very accommodating and made me feel like a whole person again! They have made me enjoy facials for the first time and customer service excellent!
Just had my first visit and first ever massage today with Lauren. It was amazing, she was really professional and I will definitely be back, you don’t even feel like you are in merry hill!
