2025 edited: positive and proactive changes have been made and there’s a new practice manager. It appears patient experience has improved. GPs and nurses are fantastic. Shame I can’t say the same for most of the receptionists and the complacent practice manager. More training is absolutely needed. Respect also works both ways. You guys will be the demise of this practice. Good luck making a genuine concerning complaint as they will write to you giving you a warning to cover themselves. Shocking. One star.
Some docs are okay same as nurses but the reception staff leave a lot to be desired
This surgery has made massive improvements to the manner in which it receives and responds to patients. Reception staff are now genuinely caring and willing to help, a vast improvement from previous interactions.
Doctors are great if you ever manage to get an appointment before your condition goes chronic and you have to inconvenience them with a visit
