We all know that the NHS has issues, but once I did get an appointment here I was very satisfied. Had a good experience, both with the NP and with the doctors. Reception staff is nice as well.

It's the worst place to be ......if you are lucky to be there and anyone speaks with you.... TAKES AGES TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

Not entirely too sure why the reviews are so low. This GP practice is the first in my 24 years that have ever listened and taken my medical problems seriously. From my emotional breakdown at their desk at 8am due to my pregnancy loss, to being so quick and gentle with me throughout the process when I came across complications. The receptionists are so kind and don't get credit enough and the same for the GPs I have had assigned to my appointments.

Sister Sam was wonderful. So helpful, honest and easy to talk to. Surgery was quiet and well organised. E-consults have quick responses, when put in early. Only 4 stars as appointment was 3 weeks in advance.

Very good doctors, the only thing is getting through at 8am, and easier sometimes to walk round the corner to make a same day apointment, most times as it’s quicker than waiting for someone to anser to book with the e consult form is good for sick notes and a general response and don’t except for arranging appointments, on here as daily appointments get taken quickly in the morning, like today finaly got through to someone 8:35 am after 20 mins trying and my walk apointment for a doctor in slot was 4:25pm with a lovely lady ... read more
