I used Trading Places 5 years ago and got the impression then that nothing was more important to them than finding a suitable tenant for my house. It was the same this time. Steve produced a very good advertisement which was accurate, comprehensive and thoughtfully presented. Gary ensured that every email received a prompt reply, and all the necessary paperwork was produced without delay. Throughout they gave helpful advice. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.
Trading Places were very easy to deal with. Nice properties, knowledgable and friendly staff and most importantly no block viewings, BS or bidding wars! Would happily use and recommend them in future.
Absolutely outstanding service once again from Gary and Steve and all the lettings team who went the extra mile in helping me rent out my flat and finding me new tenants. First class communications and highly professional. Would not go anywhere else. Thanks again !
I’ve lived in a property managed by Trading Places led by Gary Butler for nearly 7 years and I have never dealt with anyone better. With this increasingly challenging rental market, they’ve been very fair and extremely loyal, which has made it very easy for me to continue my tenancy with them. The maintenance team led by Kevin Butler is very efficient; making sure any issues are dealt with promptly!
I brought my house through Trading Places in 2001. I have now just sold it through them as well. There are not words to describe how amazing Jen is. She is professional and an all round nice girl. So hard working and committed. She responds immediately and knows everything about selling a house. A thanks to Steve and Judith also. I would highly recommend Trading Places as an estate agent.
