We employed them to replace a flat roof. Though, the first time, they did not get it completely flat and water was pooling, they came back quickly and sorted it. They are not cheap, but are willing and helpful. You have to be firm in ensuring that things are finished as you wish but, once that conversation is had, they ensure that everything is done to the customer's satisfaction, and even throw in a couple of extras.

Used service from John to fix leak on the loft roof and leak in roof gutter pipe. He hired another contractor to complete the task and changed the quote amount at last moment. He agreed to include additional work in increased quote amount and finish the same later. Contacted him after few weeks to finish additional work and roof gutter leak, which was not fixed properly and still leaking. No response from him after contacting multiple times. John was incredible from start to finish. It is rare to find companies and people that want to do above and beyond with care as a way to keep clients happy and invested. Nowdays most of the companies try to rip you off in various means by trying to create work that is not necessary and do the bare minimum.. John and the company will be the only one I call for the type of work they do. Thanks again
