I have been waiting since the 25th of march,money was paid in full to sam , then Chris came out in April to check all the measurements an was very polite friendly , explained everything very professional, I then waited weeks an nothing, received a message then to arrange dates options was 3, 4 or 5 July , agreed to the 5 waited in no one turned up , phoned them for them to say that no appointment had been made, an that the blind was due to come in , when phoned again was told the blind had been damaged so new one was ordered... read more
Ordered a shutter which was fitted and initially looked nice it was fitted in february 2023 and by november 2023 slats become loose from frame and just spins over reported fault to Trade Price Blinds in November 2023 within the guarentee time i am still waiting for replacement slat in June 2024 everytime i ring which is every month for update i am told the delay is down to their supplier i still have no date for repair and am left with an expensive shutter that is not fit for purpose i doubt i would use or reccomend this com... read more

I'll start by saying that our faux wood blinds are lovely quality and look fantastic. The fitter couldn't be faulted. He was polite and efficient on both occasions he came to our house. HOWEVER getting to the fitting point was something of a challenge. Ordered blinds in August and was told 5/6 weeks for fitting. Almost 14 weeks later we finally had an appointment for fitting but that was with me chasing them as to if the blinds were ready at every opportunity. Avoid this sham company. My elderly in laws placed an order in August this year. Despite numerous promises we decided to cancel. Was promised a refund of the 80% deposit paid( yes, you read it right 80%) which has still not been made. Customer service is shocking, telephone constantly engaged, communication awful. Trading Standards will be contacted. One star is too good for this "company".
