First time using trade carpets and I was not disappointed. When I visited the store I explained I needed something dark and hard wearing for a stairs and landing and Andy offered a number of options and a competitive price. They turned up on time both for a check measure and on fitting day with no fuss and cleared up after themselves before leaving. Little treasure of a carpet shop. Don't underestimate this place, we felt we got great quality carpets for a good price, when comparing similar products with the larger stores. Andy was most helpful in understanding what we wanted and samples were freely available to take home to try. Andy provided a there and then quote on measuring and fitting was within two weeks of ordering.
