Our experience with Trade Bathrooms has been fantastic would highly recommend. Customer Service is excellent, all staff are friendly and helpful, special mention to Andrew who went above and beyond and was very patient especially when I kept changing my mind. Our fitter was Matthew Northway and he did an amazing job creating our new bathroom.
On the day our bathroom fitter finished the planned bathroom we originally wrote a very positive review for Trade Bathrooms. We have since realised that their after sales care is absolutely dire and are really upset with the attitude of the people we have spoken to. Once the planned bathroom was finished we had 6 packs of 60x120 tiles left and we had decided we wanted an extra enclosure panel for the shower. Its a shame we can only give 5 stars ! A fantastic experience from walking in the door . The showroom is spotless and has a huge choice of bathrooms and accessories. Andrew was so knowledgeable and helped us plan our bathroom , giving us some great advice and ideas we hadn't thought of . Helping us put together the bathroom of our dreams.
