Tracy is very professional and very knowledgable. I went to see her with lower back pains and after my a few session my back felt so much better. I have been going to Tracy for about 3 months now and really benefit from the work she does!
Highly recommend Tracy. Excellent massage therapist for sorting sore muscles!! She did some stretching in specific areas afterwards too which really helped. She’s really knowledgable about women’s health/hormonal health too, which I’ve loved asking her about. She’s easy to talk to about all sorts of subjects and really knows her stuff.
