Just awesome. Not a single complaint after 5 years of being her patient & seeing her at least 4 times per year.
Dr. Jacobs is very friendly, thorough and direct. Not at all dismissive with concerns or questions about treatment options. She actually seems to enjoy discussing the what and why - like she enjoys being a physician and all the science that entails! Visits are efficient but she doesn’t rush. She asks those extra questions that can turn out to be significant, and follows up with next steps and referrals to other disciplines. I’m always in & out in a short period of time. Dr Jacobs is very good at understanding your condition, prescribing the correct medications & referring you to the best Specialist.
Need to update this website. She sees my daughter and son in law, and my doctor retired, so I tried to get an appointment. I was told "sorry...no new patients." Must be nice to be able to pick and choose who you want to serve.
Dr Jacobs is very friendly and courteous Takes the time to explain the how and why of troubles and cures. Would very highly recommend her........
I#1. I had an illness and she was joking about it with a nurse in the hallway. #2. She is very loud and domineering #3. I missed 5 doses of an antibiotic (That’s my fault). A nurse told me it was ok. 1 week later the infection returned. The staff and Dr Jacobs were disrespectful as if I was to blame. Dr. Jacobs told me I should’ve come 16 weeks ago (I had told the nurse TWO weeks ago about this problem.) She did not examine me and didn’t want to take the blame. I just don’t trust the dr/staff
I found Dr Jacobs through my insurance website. I was seen the following morning and had no issues. The wait time was short. Once in the exam room , I was greeted by one of the nurses on staff who gave me a complete summary of how the practice works, what to and not to expect and how prescriptions are handled. Dr. Jacobs was very personable, patient, and thorough in her conversation. She is what you expect from a doctor. Highly recommend Dr. Jacobs.
