The administrative staff is excellent so I want to point that out first. Dr Jacobs is loud and is unorganized. Additionally she brings in med students without getting the patients consent prior to doing so. You can hear Dr Jacobs talking to the med student outside of closed doors about patients. Wish she was as good as the admin staff. Sadly, I am moving to another doctor.
I have been seeing Dr Jacobs for almost 15 years. She is a great doctor and a wonderful person. When I go to her office I have confidence in her ability to help me and feel that she really cares about me and does her best to take care of me. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

Dr. Jacobs listens to you, she doesn’t walk in and start telling you what she thinks is wrong! She makes sure she is doing what is best for you as her patient. I always feel like she is concerned with my wellbeing and my quality of life. My husband uses Dr. Jacobs as well and we both consider her a part of our family. Her staff is friendly and just as caring as Dr. Jacobs. I’m so grateful to have her as my primary care physician.

Everyone from front desk to labs are all very ccaring. They take all the time to answer your questions. Dr. Jacobs is so approachable and caring.
