Dr Jacobs listens and spends time with me to make sure she has covered all my concerns. She is a delight to have as my internal medicine caregiver. She is so gentle and patient. I look forward to coming to all my scheduled appointments. Her office staff is a “ray of sunshine” as well.

I never feel like I’m truly being listened to. She cuts me off mid sentence and I feel rushed. She does come across as domineering. I came to her trying to express genuine concerns I was having and I left the office feeling horrible and misunderstood.
