Ricky was very accommodating and understanding - responding very quickly to my initial query, carried out a survey the same day and provided a quote based on our requirements. Ricky and team were recommended by our estate agents and did a rapid and high quality fitting, kindly asking for our decisions in areas when some might not, and working to fix the substrate too. They also tidied up super well. Highly recommended!
Ricky was professional and communicative from my first contact with him throughout the job. His quote was fair and he and his colleague did a great job laying carpet in a bedroom and sisal on a landing. Good quality underlay as well. I would highly recommend him.
