The guy has really limited availability first time I phoned and there was no mention of time out. Phoned twice to a mobile and left a message on the home phone for gas and water plumbing in Williton to book. Didn’t get back to me and waited over a week. Just messing me about really, not very responsive but did choose to respond to this.
Highly recommend this company. Many thanks Tim for doing a excellent job, on time stayed until job was finished very happy with our shower. A++++++
No heating or hot water and British Gas was only willing to come in 19 days time, despite me having home care cover. I was desperate because of the freezing weather, but TPL came to the rescue and fixed the boiler without fuss and at a very reasonable rate. Full 5 stars!
