Sharing my bad experiences at Ayala Feliz. I tried to buy Pokémon cards on release day last February. I was the first one there when the mall opened, and guess what? There were no other customers in the store, yet the staff told me that "someone" had already purchased the only stock and left it at the cashier. Who would leave it there? Bought the 70cm teddy bear worth 399. At first I really liked the pink one because my baby is a girl so I paid for it immediately and waited for it to be wrapped. While waiting I saw the “rainbow/unicorn” colored teddy bear and I wanted to replace the pink one which I previously bought.
