We booked a grab from the mall. The guard did not allowed us to board the car because it was not the loading area. I said "boss sakay lang kami". The guard answered, "Sinong may sabi?"There was no signage for loading and in entering the designated unlabelled loading area. We are not causing traffic since there are no other cars that passed through the area. So the grab car circled again for 3 mins instead of allowing us to board for less than 10 seconds. Tsk.
