Extremely disappointing experience at Toys “R” Us Circuit Makati. The staff member was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful throughout our interaction, making what should have been an exciting purchase an unpleasant experience. Being treated as though purchasing a pack of cards was a favor rather than because I am a customer was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I have already emailed Toys “R” Us with a more detailed and formal complaint regarding this incident and hope it will be properly addressed.
Located on the 2nd floor of Ayala Malls - Circuit. I was looking for one piece cards and they only had the PRB-02 packs. I thought they would have more but I guess that is what was available at the time. They have a decent selection of other items as well.
