Brake Job Did front brake job as requested in a timely manner. Service advisor, Eric Marin, was excellent and updated me with time left to complete brake job as it was a 2 hour job and I was waiting. Overall good experience.

Quality service @ Toyota World of Lakewood Friendly service, and no one trys to sell you something you don't need. You get serviced on what you requested, not like other dealers, as soon as you walk thru the doors, they see dollar signs. Love my new Highlander This is my 3rd SUV that I have leased thru Danny Velez.
