Lakewood Toyota We liked our salesperson. He was very professional and honest. What we didn't like was all the back and forth negiotating price. Also as a FYI - they build $349 into the price for "windshield exchiting" if you decline to get it then $349 goes back into the purchase price.

Toyoa service The service manager was very accommodating. I had the wrong time, but accommodated me anyway without making me feel bad.
Simple, straight forward. The transaction was simple, straight forward, and quick. The service was friendly and just had a feeling of them trying to earn my business.
