Kudos to Jim O Brien Ultra low pressure unlike another Toyota dealer in Toms River, with a fabulous, and successful effort at finding my Highlander in the right version/color and interior. Other than the initial order, I was out the door in 90 minutes after showing up at 4 PM! Honest pricing and amazingly not criticizing ( aka Trumping) the competition. Over thirty years of buying in Ocean & Monmouth and 20 car purchases, this was the best buying experience, even beating my beloved Ray Catena

13July 10,000 check up They were quick and effiecent and got my out in 1 hour for my 10,000 mile check up. They reschedule my next checkup and kept me informed.

Great buying experience! Overall knowledge of salespeople. No hassle experience. Very easy to work out a finance plan for my purchase. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

2011 Rav4 Service was courteous and efficient. Rear brakes replaced. Some noise came from brakes for about 2 hours after. Noise gone now.
