Sales Dept Awful/Service Great! Our family has been multiple Toyota owners for over 20 years and throughout that time we have brought our car to Toyota service primarily because of Jack Murphy. Currently we have 3 Toyotas. The service dept is what keeps us purchasing Toyotas. This should be considered when handing out incentives for car sales. All around great experience Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. Mark and all of the other guys made my first car buying experience, a great one. I didn't feel pressured or like I was getting bamboozled. I would recommend Toyota world to everyone!

Service at Lakewood Toyota My service advisor was Angel Burgos. He was courteous, informative, answered questions thoroughly but at the same time quite simply. Being July and not having to return until July '17, I wished him a Happy New Year and was good to go.
