No Pressure My Sales Agent, Chris Purdie, was not the stereotypical 'CAR SALESMAN' -- I did not feel pressured or intimidated. I was given info on the vehicle and info on a couple of other vehicles that helped to make my decision. It was not my intention to buy a car that day but to look and see what was out there...because of Chris and the Sales Manager, Brandon Torres, I made a decision that day to buy. I love my new Highlander.

Chris and Toyota World were exactly what I needed Chris made replacing my old car easy. When I was between cars, he said to go with my gut. If you pick a car you're not happy with or is the wrong color, you'll regret it later, so I went with what I felt when I saw this car and I love it! Working with the whole team at Toyota World was seemless, as I had expected from what I have heard about them. The car is exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn't be happier

Sales Dept Awful/Service Great! Our family has been multiple Toyota owners for over 20 years and throughout that time we have brought our car to Toyota service primarily because of Jack Murphy. Currently we have 3 Toyotas. The service dept is what keeps us purchasing Toyotas. This should be considered when handing out incentives for car sales. Will be going back for next car The team at Toyota World of Lakewood are very easy to work with. They go out of their way to find a deal that works for you. I did a lot of shopping and they made the best deal on the car I wanted most!

All around great experience Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. Mark and all of the other guys made my first car buying experience, a great one. I didn't feel pressured or like I was getting bamboozled. I would recommend Toyota world to everyone!
