No Pressure My Sales Agent, Chris Purdie, was not the stereotypical 'CAR SALESMAN' -- I did not feel pressured or intimidated. I was given info on the vehicle and info on a couple of other vehicles that helped to make my decision. It was not my intention to buy a car that day but to look and see what was out there...because of Chris and the Sales Manager, Brandon Torres, I made a decision that day to buy. I love my new Highlander.

Chris and Toyota World were exactly what I needed Chris made replacing my old car easy. When I was between cars, he said to go with my gut. If you pick a car you're not happy with or is the wrong color, you'll regret it later, so I went with what I felt when I saw this car and I love it!
