My wishes fulfilled! My sales representative, John Lucky, was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the Prius line of vehicles (I was interested in a 2018 Prius IV). He definitely is a 5-star asset to the sales staff. He worked hard to get the exact model, color, and accessories I was interested in having in my new vehicle. When the car was delivered to me, he spent a lot of time making sure I was familiar with how to access all the features it had to offer.
Best dealership around.... As always the environment was friendly and Carter was extremely helpful. This was my third experience using this dealership and like before it was amazing. Carter answered all of my questions and I left happy with my decision. I will always recommend Carter to anyone looking for a car.
Bob is the Best at Toyota Lakewood!!! Bob Elwell was a complete professional. He listened to what we asked for and did his best to get us into a new car. There were no games, no hastles. It was the best experience i have ever had at a car dealership. Through Bob, Toyota has solidified my business for life. I am now poised to refer family, friends and anyone i care about to Bob at Toyota. He got me into my 1st car lease in 2015, and then made the 2nd experience in 2018 just as enjoyable.

Toyota care service Service dept waiting room, staff that I interacted with. The wait time was a little longer than anticipated, I believe due to shortage of staff that day.

Toyota Rav4 No pressure and we were shown exactly what we wanted. All staff, even those otherwise occupied were pleasant and courteous!
