Sam's the man! I was very pleased with the whole experience. Sam Johnson is one of the best sales reps i have ever dealt with. I never bought at this dealership before but if Sam remains there i will buy there agian.

Go see Daniel Velez!!!! I bought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Danny and it was super easy, upfront and honest. He worked with me to get the absolute best value for my trade in and was super patient with any and all questions I had. During the test drive he let me do whatever I wanted making me feel 100% confident in my purchase. There was a small water leak with the roof which isn't uncommon for a jeep but he made sure it was fixed in no time. Great Service! This was my 2nd time buying a car from them. First time I was helped by Sam Johnson. So I decided to go back to him because my first experience was excellent. I had a Scion FR-S but the wife wanted a bigger car and one that was better in the snow. Sam recommended a RAV4, and my wife loved it. Buying the car was quick and easy just like last time. Best salesman and dealership Very happy with Toyota World of Lakewood. Danny Velez is a wonderful salesman the best you could ask for. It's hard to find a car salesman you can trust but Danny is honest and helpful and gave me his undivided attention. He made buying a car fast and simple. I was out the door with a new Toyota in no time. I will be buying all my cars there and will tell my family and friends to do the same.

smooth experience I recently purchased a Prius V Two from Lakewood Toyota. After making an inquiry via the internet, I dealt with Erin, who was extremely patient & responsive in answering all of my questions. Once I was ready to buy, I dealt with Jim O'Brien. Jim was also excellent to deal with. He quickly realized I'd done my research and provided me with an honest sales experience: the price he quoted was the price I paid. I would definitely contact Jim again the next time I'm in the market for a car.
