Highlander Bought a Highlander last week and couldn't be happier with it. Was greeted by Erin and handed off to Adam, Sales Consultant. I have nothing but praise for Adam. Answered all my questions. Absolutely no pressure which I totally appreciated. Met Jack in Service Dept.who took care of me and even had my car washed when I returned to have something installed. A very good experience and would most definitely be back again. My experience at Toyota was nothing I have ever experienced at other dealerships. The reason I say that is because, first and most important I think is walking into your dealership and being welcomed in every way with smiling faces, unfortunately you do not get that in other places but at your dealership I did. Excellent car buying experience with Adam! I tend to dread buying a car because I know what a long process it can be, but Adam made buying my truck a smooth and easy transaction. He answered all my questions, went over every detail in the paperwork, and I had my Tacoma in no time. I love my new car!! I had a 2006 Camry I bought brand new and it seemed like the time for an upgrade. There was no question I was going with another Camry. The car has been very good to me. I met Steven Taylor at Toyota World of Lakewood he showed and explained all the changes to the car and I'm still impressed. I truly enjoy getting in my car everyday and I'm very happy with my decision. Thank you Toyota World of Lakewood!

Awesome experience from Jared Morris Jared was very patient and worked with finding us a car that will best fit our needs. He was on target and a gentlemen. After all the time we waited in getting into a car, he ordered myself and kids some food. He made me and my children comfortable at the dealership after all the wait. Steve Taylor also was very kind with assisting me further into the car.

Hasslefree dealership! I bought a 2015 Corolla, I had a 2006 Corolla. Both were bought from Toyota World of Lakewood and both experiences were great. My salesperson was Steven Taylor, he was great. He was very knowledgeable of the car and explained the new features very well. I am very happy with my car. Thank you.

best experience ever This is the 4th car we leased at Toyota and if you want the best, no hastle buying I suggest you go to Toyota in Lakewood. You will not be disappointed. Courteous and helpful salespersons and Managers and it makes your experience great.
