Worst experience I have ever had! The customer representatives and managers never answer back! Wasted hours to get into contact with a person over the phone! They text! Which I find very unprofessional! Do not bring your car here for service unless you want it weeks later!

Awful experience - walked out after putting up with a lot of nonsense and disrespect. I should have left when I used the ladies’ room and it was filthy at 9:00 am - shows what they really think of their customers. Spent over 4 hours and still hadn’t gotten anywhere with them. They claimed we needed a co-signer, yet when I bought my new VW elsewhere - surprise! No co-signer needed! They lost out on not one, not two, but three car deals!
I got great help from Oliver Urena. He was able to answer all my questions on any car that I looked at.
I was passing by Toyota universe the other day and I stopped by and spoke to a sales representative named jevonni and he helped me out on what I was looking for and helped me decide on what I was buying
It's a great environment, if you're looking for a car you should definitely stop in.
