I called three times before making an appointment to make sure what my fee would be for them to check my car. Three times I was told it was free. I go there on the day of my appointment and they are now telling me it’s $300. The employees need to be trained, so they don’t give incorrect information. I took my business elsewhere where I won’t be lied to!
The service department needs much better management than it currently has. Brought my car for routine maintenance today, was told it would be an hour or less but not only did it take 2 hours, when I inquired about the delay the first time i was told it was being washed. Five minutes later I saw it parked in the lot but it still took another 15 minutes for the service adviser to “get the paperwork “.
