Service is awful. I arrived at 7:38 for a 7:45 appointment. The assessment was complete at 9:12 but my van wasn't ready until almost 11 am (over 3 hours of time spent). All they had to do was replace the fan in the dash. The video at 9:12 shows the dashboard off and the fan not operating properly...not quite sure why it took an hour and 48 minutes to replace the fan. Avoid this place like the plague. My mother purchased a used vehicle that they have on their lot 25 days ago and she still has not received it. The dealership says they do not have the title, and have not been able to obtain it, and we discovered through the insurance company that there is still a lien on the vehicle that has not been paid. They have been lying to her about why they can't get it, blaming it on the RMV. She has already paid for it and it's unclear if she has any recourse. On January 30, 2024 drove 3 hours from Austin, TX for a great price on a Toyota 2023 Venza that was advertised as Certified Pre-owned. When we got there learned that the "Certified Pre-owned" was only an option that it would be an additional 1.2K to the price if we wanted to add. This already felt deceptive, but we had driven a long way and it was still a good price so we went ahead with the purchase. The 12 month 12000k mile “worry free” maintenance plan is a scam! I live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership. I was assured I could go to any dealership to get my scheduled maintenance completed. I’ve called 3 different dealerships and they do not except ethos or eg assurance as a form of payment. So I called Toyota of Ann Arbor the next day and asked for assistance in completing this scheduled maintenance and was told I could email a guy from finance and see what he could do. When was the last time that you really liked both your car salesperson and the finance person? I never had before working with Tyler who is so knowledgeable and puts absolutely no pressure on you; and Rich in finance who was smart, honest, delightful. Plus they gave us a fantastic car on our trade in as well as our new car. I just wouldn't go anywhere else.

his dealership is just the worst. Leo my sales rep just lies and is in a big hurry to get you to sign the "As is" form so he can get out of what he promised. There was some scratches on the hatch he said he would buff out, he didn't and won't do it now either. He said they lowered the cost at my request, but that was asked for as soon as I walked in the door because 4 days before I walked in they raised the cost of the car ABOVE the average for that car.
