service of toyota Care.is real suck .. i be there for 2 tours and they dont doing nothing 😠😠😠😠😠
Horrible service, don’t trust everything they say, they would leave oil spills all over the engine block, makes you think if these Mechanics are real certified , on their invoicing page it showed Bulk oil which means-tank oil to my understanding that could be recycle oil, I was expecting full synthetic ... I would never purchase or service my vehicle in that place again ..

I went to Toyota Universe looking to buy a 2019 Corolla and Jovantae Parkinson was the sales consultant that helped me out he was very informative and a nice guy but I wanted to look into more options and I needed to get my wife’s opinion first but when I go back to Toyota universe I’m definitely asking for jovantae again to help me out because I really think I’m going to get that corolla
The young man rayvaughn was very kind and patient with me while looking at cars but unfortunately i couldn't get the car. Sometimes searching for the right car can be a little stressful but he definitely made my experience way better while visiting toyota universe.
Freak show! worst experience
Favorite Toyota dealership of New Jersey. One of the newer salesmen, Michael Alvarez, is such an awesome worker. I was looking at the 2020 Rav 4 and he knew everything about the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with the price. I would love if he helped me out the next time I go there to make the purchase.
Elisa Mora is very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She is very reassuring and makes the process seamless. I would do business with her any day. Thanks again for always being so awesome.
