Almost 3 hours to change 2 front tires. Honestly this place is a hit or miss with customer service. You have a handful that are good but they have all new staff every single visit. They lack structure and training for the constant new hires and the service dept is a major reason I would never recommend their service. Over priced and ridiculous wait times. I bought a used Kia from this dealership 3 weeks ago. The right tail light bulb doesn’t work, upon investigation it has water in it. The passenger door doesn’t close properly, which I wasn’t aware of because the sales man closed the door. I took the car in to get inspected since I live in PA. I got a call the rear brakes are down to 4/32. And the rear calipaer is seized. The front driver side axle has a leak. Toyota Universe can improve by hiring only honest sales men who have some sense of humanity and getting rid of the liars and deceivers that work there. We recently were deceived into purchasing a 7 year old car, 97,000 miles on an SUV with completely worn out tires and scratches all over. We were not finished negotiating and all parties agreed to continue on another day. they did a fraud to us by signing all those stupid warrantees wich we didn't sing for it they just want to take all the money that they can one way or other!!! I bet they do that to many customers and they didn't even know that!! BECAREFULLLLLLLL whit this dealer!
