Horrible customer service! Do not shop there!! Had an appointment for a car. The salesman followed up with texts and times and to arrive promptly. We get there and had to wait for 35 minutes for them to tell me that they do not have the car I came to see! Complete waste of time!

They have the worst costumer service nobody knows anything. I have been waiting for them to call me to paint my car and until these days they haven’t done anything! Made me go to inspection three times for the same problem. They only know how to give excuses!

I've had several bad experiences with Toyota Universe in the past. I recently needed to lease a new car and because of Covid-19and againstmy better judgment went back to them and if course no surprise they lied. They did not respond to my texts and still waiting for a callback email response to issue. Buyer Beware
Sounds like the treating gordon ryan like crap is how you treat all your customers. Ridiculous that you expect the customer to do the leg work on a warranty job on a truck he’s had a month. I wouldn’t buy from you guys either. And you think disabling comments on Instagram will stop, it won’t.
