If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased a car in August (first time buyer), and of course they took advantage in every which way possible. To begin, I purchased a used **** Fusion from them that I saw in an online ad. The vehicle was in a prior accident. I understood that, however, when they showed me the carfax it stated "minor curb accident: $500 repair." So I though no big deal; that's like a paint job and bumper replacement. I was defrauded twice when I bought new cars from Toyota of Cool Springs. The first time was about 3 years ago. As part of my negotiations for the car I got them to agree to put a 3m paint protection on the front hood and bumper. They agreed but after all the papers were signed, they said they never maid that promise and that it was not in the contract. Eventually, they gave in and put it on for me. We are pleased that Ms. ******* returned to the dealership to purchase her second vehicle and we did not know her experience was unsatisfactory until we heard back from her brother, Mr. ********. We are attaching a copy of the signed contract agreement from Ms. ******* which includes the $599 Paint Protection.
